本会的名称为辽宁省轻工业联合会（简称辽宁省轻工联）英文译名为LIAONINGNATIONALLIGHTINDUSTRYCOUNCIL，缩写为LNLIC。本会的性质是由辽宁省轻工业及相关行业的企业，自愿结成的全省性行业协会，是非营利性的社会组织。本会会员分布区域为全省。
